Astava installs new Okuma Space Turn LB400 M. As the sizes and dimensions of our product range is increasing Astava has invested in extension of our manufacturing capacity. The Okuma Space Turn LB400-M was selected. The LB Series strikes the perfect balance of power and productivity, quality and affordability. Okuma engineering – from control to spindle to motor – creates a lathe that delivers extremely tight tolerances and outstanding reliability within a compact footprint.

The LB series is the premiere lathe in its class, offering you the power to improve productivity through the use of optimum machining technology. As a result Astava is now capable of machining up to diameter of 400 mm with a length of  1000 mm.
