Model code M9-15
CC Flow (DN15; Class 600 / 1500 / 2500):
2-valve Double Block Close Coupled ASME DN 15 RF or RTJ Mono Flange manifold in forged ASTM A182M-F316 acc. NACE with fire safe graphite OS&Y primary valve with metal hand wheel, Viton/PTFE secondary valve, NPT instrument port with 3/8" / 10mm OD Gyrolok fittings, all fittings and valves with locking pins. This manifold is part of the flow assembly with M15-15 (Flow).

CC Level and dP (DN25; Class 600 / 1500 / 2500):
2-valve Double Block Close Coupled ASME DN 25 RF or RTJ Mono Flange manifold in forged ASTM A182M-F316 acc. NACE with fire safe graphite OS&Y primary valve with metal hand wheel, Viton/PTFE secondary valve, NPT instrument port with 3/8" / 10mm OD Gyrolok fittings, all fittings and valves with locking pins. This manifold is part of the assembly with M10 (Level) or M15-25 (dP).

6-valve Double Block Close Coupled ASME DN 25 RF or RTJ manifold in forged ASTM A182M-F316 acc. NACE with DIN19213/ IEC61518 instrument interface, fire safe graphite OS&Y primary valve with metal hand wheel, Viton/PTFE secondary valves, NPT legs and test/vent/drain ports with 3/8" / 10mm OD Gyrolok fittings, test connector with 1.5 mm orifice vent restriction, incl. tubing (vent/drain), all fittings and valves with locking pins. This manifold is the bottom part of the level assembly.

3-valve Double Block and Bleed Close Coupled ASME DN 25 RF or RTJ Mono Flange manifold in forged ASTM A182M-F316 acc. NACE with half DIN19213 / IEC61518 instrument interface, fire safe graphite OS&Y primary valve with metal hand wheel, Viton/PTFE secondary valves, NPT test/vent/drain port with 3/8" / 10mm OD Gyrolok test connector with 1.5 mm orifice vent restriction, incl. tubing (vent/drain), all fittings and valves with locking pins. NAM special range approval: 430 barga at 38 Celsius / 400 barga at 115 Celsius.

Model M13

Model M14
Remote Seals (DN50/80; Class 600 / 1500 / 2500):
4-valve Double Block Remote Seal Manifold ASME DN 50 RF or RTJ Flange in forged AISI316L acc. NACE to ASME DN 80 RF or RTJ Remote Seal Flange, with large or full bore isolation ball valves, fire safe graphite primary valve with metal hand wheel, Viton/PTFE secondary valve, NPT vent/calibration port, anti tamper with 3/8" / 10mm OD Gyrolok fitting, 1/2" NPT drain port with 1/2" ball valve for flushing with 1/2" OD Gyrolok fittings, all fittings and valves with locking pins.

Model M15-15
CC Flow (DN15; Class 600 / 1500 / 2500):
5-valve Double Block Close Coupled ASME DN 15 RF or RTJ manifold in forged ASTM A182M-F316 acc. NACE with a full DIN19213 / IEC61518 instrument interface, fire safe graphite OS&Y primary valve with metal hand wheel, Viton/PTFE secondary valves, NPT test/vent/drain port with 3/8" / 10mm OD Gyrolok test connector with 1.5 mm orifice vent restriction, incl. tubing (vent/drain), all fittings and valves with locking pins. This manifold shall be used in combination with M9-15. Allowed to be used for the following applications, click here (Pdf 404 Kb).

For other applications no longer applicable for the NAM, obsolete. Removal of M15-15 due to insufficient c-to-c distance on the venturi nozzles applied within NAM. All other flow hook-ups will be remote mounted with M16 or M17 model.

Model M15-25

This manifold shall be used in combination with M9-25.
